PRODUCT-BASED BUSINESS RESOURCES
Multi-Stream Machine*
This is a comprehensive self-paced program on all aspects of running a product-based business. I signed up when I was paralyzed with indecision in my baby business, Waku Waku Baby back in 2020. This program gave me clarity on my next steps plus a community of like-minded business owners. The one huge benefit to this program is that you have full access to all future updates so you will always be benefiting from current information.

I have personally met with Jacqueline of the Product Boss and she is down-to-earth, inspirational, and truly care about supporting all product-bosses. Her motto is that 'there is room at the top for all of us' and I love the supportive community she has created.

Do you have a clear idea of what POD companies are looking for when it comes to licensing your work? Nope, me neither - not until I signed up for this POD Roundtable by Ryann and Fleur of the Creative Studio Collective! In this series of 7+ juicy interviews with actual owners and founders of small businesses that sell POD (print-on-demand) products, you gain so much insight on what they are looking for from surface pattern designers. These interviews helped me realize whether I am a good fit for these companies. After listening to these interviews, I felt more comfortable pitching my work to them as I felt like I already got to know them through their interviews. If you have any interest in licensing your work with POD companies or how you could work with small brands that purchase fabrics from Spoonflower, I highly recommend checking this Roundtable out.
If you are looking to build your portfolio and stay on track for pitching your work year-round, this creative briefs by creative studio collection will accelerate this process! They provide you with very detailed brief along with mood boards, keywords, and lots of inspiration so you can take your collection in any way you want without starting from scratch. They have offered Art Calls in the past where they partnered with companies looking for new work, which I thought was really cool!
